MULTIPLE WORK BAYS

Space to build across parallel projects.

Our workshop planning provides dedicated areas for fabrication and assembly of process vessels, well testing equipment and skid-mounted packages. Bay allocation, handling and production sequencing are planned around the size and delivery scope of each job.

From a single pressure vessel to a coordinated package, engineering and production teams work from approved drawings, inspection plans and project specifications.

HOW WE WORK

Capabilities across the production cycle.

The exact manufacturing, testing and documentation scope is defined in the project specification and technical offer.

01 / ENGINEERING

In-house design & engineering

Mechanical design, calculations, 3D modelling, fabrication drawings and coordination of process, piping and equipment interfaces against the approved design basis.

02 / FABRICATION

Fabrication & assembly bays

Qualified welders and experienced fitters support vessel fabrication, structural work, skid assembly and equipment integration in multiple work bays.

03 / MACHINING & FINISHING

CNC & VMC machining

Machining support for equipment components and precision features defined in the approved drawings.

04 / QUALITY

QC, inspection & testing

Material traceability, dimensional checks, weld inspection, NDT and pressure testing are planned as applicable to the approved code, inspection and test plan.

SURFACE PREPARATION & COATINGS

Protection for the specified service.

Surface preparation and coating are defined against the environment, client specification and approved paint system. The visuals below are illustrative.

05 / PREPARATION

Sandblasting & surface preparation

Abrasive cleaning and surface preparation can be planned before coating, with the required cleanliness and surface profile set by the agreed paint specification.

06 / COATING

Paint shop & protective coating

Primer, intermediate and finish coats are applied to the approved coating schedule. Colour, dry film thickness, inspection and touch-up requirements are confirmed for each project.

PROJECT DELIVERY

One coordinated route from drawing to dispatch.

Defined hold points and documentation help keep engineering, manufacturing and inspection aligned.

  1. 01 / DefineReview process data, equipment duty, codes and client specifications.
  2. 02 / EngineerPrepare and approve design calculations, GA, P&ID and fabrication drawings as applicable.
  3. 03 / BuildFabricate, machine, assemble and finish the equipment to the agreed scope.
  4. 04 / VerifyComplete applicable inspection, testing, records and final documentation.
